Caline Chocolate factory aims to deliver the shipments typically within 3-7 business days . Be aware that Shipments may subjected to delay in Holidays and seasons periods like eid. All of our shipments is subjected for door to door delivery service. We grantee that chocolate Masterpieces will be delivered in a perfect Condition to the chocolate lovers due to the temperature-controlled delivery environment regardless of the whether condition outside, all year round.
Shipping Policies and Delivery
Caline Chocolate factory is responsible of delivering the products to the country of which the website region designated. Therefor, we are not responsible if the customer ordered from UAE website and the final destination is in Saudi Arabia as an example.
- A signature of customers will always be required upon deliveries as a legal grantee for Caline Chocolate factory in event of lost shipments
- The shipping address of customers will be transferred to the shipping company According to what customers Wrote exactly without any Modifications.
- Caline chocolate factory is not responsible for a failed deliveries or any damage of the chocolate when :
- The customer not responding to the calls of Caline delivery team or the shipping company.
- the customer provides an incorrect address or incomplete informations.
- if nobody present at the address specified by the customer.
- the customer does not immediately within 24 hours provide a correct/new address or full informations for delivery.
Defamation of Brand
- Caline is Committed to solve any issue or problem related to the products mentioned by the costumers in a way that satisfy both parties. and not excepting any way of defamation or abuse. Caline have the right to take legal action against any defamation or abuse by the client.
- The issues and problems related to product includes the chocolate condition, quantity, or the kind ordered by the customer. and Caline committed to solve these problems according to terms and condition of quality and remaining Customer satisfactions policies.
The customer has the right to cancel the order before shipping or delivery and only if he informed or contacted caline customer service by using email, WhatsApp, social media. According to that case, Caline factory will refund the full amount of the order within a maximum period of 15 working days based on customer’s payment method done from the available payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, Mada, etc…). Be aware that cash refund is not applicable in any case.
Recovery and Replacement
- Caline Chocolate Factory is responsible for shipping costs, retrieval and replacement of chocolate products for free only in case that mistake has committed by Caline Factory team and only if the customer has informed customer service within a maximum period of 3 days from receiving the order and the factory disclaims its responsibility otherwise.
- In case that the customer wishes to refund or replace any of the product within 3 days after receiving and the customer willing to pay the fees of returning these products to factory, Caline shall Refund the amount of money or replace the products after checking the products condition if its arrived in good shape, existence of original package of the factory.
