Each creation of caline chocolate factory is a handmade chocolate with the finest chocolate recipes made by specialist chefs in Belgium.
Do you use any Preservatives ingredients with the chocolate manufacturing ?
We guarantee to our customers that our chocolate masterpieces creation and manufacturing is 100% Free of preservatives and hydrogenated oils.
Is your chocolate masterpieces suitable for vegetarian diets ?
All of Caline chocolate factory masterpieces is 100% free of animal fats. So for that, yes they are suitable for vegetarian diets.
Is your chocolate masterpieces suitable for Vegan diets ?
All of Caline chocolate factory masterpieces contains soy and milk products. So for that, no they are not suitable for vegan diets.
What is the shelf-life of Caline chocolates Products and collections?
All of caline chocolate collection boxes are clearly labeled with the best before date. and the shelf life is typically one year since production date.
What is the best way to store chocolates masterpieces ?
For maintaining chocolate masterpieces and keeping them intact in short storage situations (up to two months from the production date), we recommend placing chocolate masterpieces in their original package and tightly sealing boxes in a cool air-conditioned room with a temperature ranging from 18-22 °C. Avoid placing chocolates boxes near the window or direct sunlight.
Is it possible to store chocolates masterpieces in fridge ?
Only in Long storage situations (up to 5 months from the production date), we recommend placing chocolate masterpieces in their original package and tightly sealing boxes in the fridge until the consuming day in order to maintain flavors and texture of chocolates masterpieces. Consider taking out the box of chocolate outside the fridge before 2 Hours from the actual time you wish to enjoy your chocolates in order to allow chocolates reaching the room temperature gradually and have best experience.
Is it possible to store chocolates masterpieces in freezer ?
Only in Long storage situations (up to 11 months from the production date), we recommend placing chocolate masterpieces in their original package and tightly sealing boxes in the freezer until the consuming day in order to minimize the loss of flavors and texture of chocolates masterpieces. Consider taking out the box of chocolate outside the freezer before 6 Hours from the actual time you wish to enjoy your chocolates in order to allow chocolates reaching the room temperature gradually and have best experience.

Which Payment methods are acceptable in website ?
We are offering Online Payments methods (Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress) and Cash on delivery option too.
I want to gift my order, what should I do ?
At contact information Page, you need to write down the information of the recipient (Name / Address / Phone number) and pay online through the website. If you want to deliver this order as surprise, make sure to write your email to avoid sending the conformation message by email to recipient.
Can I add a gift message cards with my order ?
Absolutely, you may include a gift message card with the order through: Shop > Gift Options > Gift Message Card.
How can i apply a discount code with my order ?
At checkout Page, You may add a discount code if any and a discount will apply to your order with an indication of the price before and after the discount.
How can i make sure that Caline Chocolate Factory have received my order ?
As soon you place the order, you will receive a conformation message sent to the e-mail address given in the order.
Can I order using a postal box address ?
In view of the nature of Chocolate products and the possibility to damage your chocolate masterpieces, postal box addresses are not acceptable as a shipping address.
How can i cancel, add or modify my order after conformation ?
In case you wish to cancel, add or modify your order after conformation, you may contact us on email: info@calinechocolate.com or through our social media account designated to your region with mentioning the order number and name registered on that order.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you deliver to all cities in Saudi Arabia ?
Unfortunately No, shipping and deliveries are only available in Riyadh city and eastern region of Saudi Arabia.
How can i Grantee that my chocolates will be delivered in excellent condition to my address within hot/warm whether conditions ?
Due to the temperature-controlled environment and door to door delivery service we are providing, We grantee that your chocolate Masterpieces will be delivered in a perfect Condition to your doorstep regardless of the whether condition outside, all year round.
How long it takes to deliver a shipment ?
shipment are usually takes 3 - 7 business days from the date & time of conformation. At checkout, you may know the exact period of delivery for each city.
How Can i track my shipment ?
Shipment are being delivered by Caline Chocolate factory team, a message will be send to the phone number given with the order to notify the customer that his shipment have left Caline Facility and on the way to his address.
Can I schedule a delivery time to my shipment ?
Shipments are being scheduled for delivery based on the date and time of order conformations and it’s not possible to deliver a shipment in specified time from the customer due to the difficulties to re-schedule other shipments for delivery.
Can I schedule a delivery for future date to my shipment ?
Only in case of notifying Caline Chocolate team before 7 days at least by email info@calinechocolate.com, a customer may schedule a delivery in specified day to the address given.
